Dedicated to the preservation of a culture, the elders of the Southern Ute Tribal Council are creating a place of permanence for its historically nomadic people. The creation of a village on a historically significant site includes a government affairs building, a tribal council chamber, a cultural museum, a school, a community center, sports fields and campus circulation.
