Querencia is a 38-acre development nestled in the rolling hills of the Texas Hill country.  The campus has been master planned to compliment its neighbors – a world class golf resort, a retail and office center and a prestigious single-family neighborhood.

The campus of villas, two Independent Living Towers, and Independent Commons which connects the towers, and a Healthcare building which has Memory Support, Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing.

The campus also includes a spa building with an outdoor pool where residents can exercise, receive massages and visit the salon.  All of the buildings are contextually designed in the language of contemporary Texas vernacular.  The majority of the native trees and plants are undisturbed in order to minimize the project’s impact on the site.
