The Villages of Indian Creek is a 721 acre development located in Tunica Resorts, Mississippi, home to the third-largest casino gaming industry in the United States. Conceived as a walkable community strongly influenced by the Garden City movement, the community provides a variety of housing products inspired by the vernacular style of northern Mississippi. The program also includes a community center, a system of lakes and wetland habitat, community parks and playgrounds, an elementary school, a multifamily component and perimeter retail sites.
