Located on 1200 acres adjacent to Hubbard Creek Lake in West Texas, this rustic community combines the character of ranching tradition of years past with the preservation of the land. Home to 'Polo on the Prairie', surrounding homes will define the parade ground and polo field. Village Greens will also define the community experience. A mix of community uses is proposed, and will be subject to Architectural Design Guidelines.
