Talley Associates provided planning and detailed site and landscape design services for Stonebriar Commons, a 28-acre urban mixed-use village in Frisco, Texas. The village features restaurants, specialty shops, office space, luxury condominiums and two hotels. The 108,000 square-foot first phase of the village is currently under construction, and will feature retail, restaurant and office components.

The first of the two hotels will face State Highway 121, and will be adjacent to the first phase retail. The second hotel is planned as a 125-room luxury boutique hotel with condominiums.

Later phases of the village will also include three office buildings having approximately 79,000 square feet of office space and additional retail and restaurant opportunities.

A centrally located roundabout and fountain water feature serves as the village focal point and organizing element.
